Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Nursing BSN Ranks #1 in Nation

The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û Nursing BSN program has ranked number one in the United States. The ranking was completed by , which examined 931 schools. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û tied for the top spot. 

A significant portion of the ranking's criteria was determined by each school's NCLEX-RN first-time pass rate. The NCLEX-RN licensure exam is required for students to begin their career in nursing. Saint Francis has proudly touted a 100 percent NCLEX-RN first-time pass rate for five years in a row. The feat is a testament to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û's commitment to prepare its students to become a practicing nurse. 

According to rncareers.org, "we went directly to each state board of nursing to find, report and rank the the best BSN degree programs in the country."

The recognition is one of many extraordinary program accomplishments. The Nursing program has also been ranked the number one nursing program in Pennsylvania by .

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û’s Nursing program has recently built upon its foundation with the new nursing graduate programs:  Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Leadership/Education (L/E,) MSN Family (Individual Across the Lifespan) Nurse Practitioner (FNP) track , and Post Master’s FNP certificate.

Accreditation

The baccalaureate nursing program at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û has full approval by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. The baccalaureate degree program and master’s degree programs (MSN L/E; MSN FNP) are accredited by the . Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û remains fully accredited by the Middle States Commission.
