Education

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û
- Board-certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Biography
Dr. Scanlan graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û in 2011. She worked clinically in outpatient orthopedics with a specific focus on orthopedic issues related to the geriatric population, pre and postoperative orthopedic management, balance training, and concussion/vestibular management. She obtained her Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2019. She is passionate about serving as a leader in the professional association and engaging students and clinicians in professional involvement. Dr. Scanlan is currently pursuing an EdD in Organizational Leadership and Innovation, where she is studying volunteer engagement in the American Physical Therapy Association. Outside of physical therapy, she enjoys bicycling, baking, reading, and curling.
